You can mail your item(s) back to us at the shipping address below noting inside the exchanged sizes/elections you would like to make. If you do not wish to exchange for the same design, you may elect to have funds refunded. Please include your order number on your note. We recommend you to use your packing slip as that allows for a seamless exchange or refund. All items *must* be unworn and unwashed. Upon receipt, we will process your exchange and have a new order mailed out to you or all funds returned. Please keep in mind that you will cover the return shipping costs of the item(s) that will be mailed to us. There is no cost when we ship out the new products!

As a friendly reminder, our normal processing time is 5-7 business days to process the order as all of our items are handmade. This allows for us to deliver a high quality product you will love. Then after the order is fulfilled, the shipping election made at the time of checkout begins. You will receive another email with tracking information for your order at that time.
